Engagement Session: Adam and Samantha

I met with Adam and Samantha on a beautiful afternoon in Downtown Denver. It was a perfect day for taking pictures. The sun was out and no rain or snow in sight, finally. We kicked things off with their adorable puppy and a few ‘family’ portraits (aided by the liberal use of doggy treats).

My favorite thing about working with these two, hands down, is how they smile at each other. Every couple has their own unique ‘way’ together. I love engagement sessions because it gives me a chance to observe interaction and figure out the little nuances that make every couple special.

For Adam and Samantha, from my perspective, it’s the way they smile at each other. It’s as if, only for a moment, the rest of the world falls away and it’s just the two of them.

My second favorite thing about the session? Probably Adam hugging some of the art we found downtown. 🙂
