First off, I love to travel. Kristi and I both love to travel. Especially for weddings. We love to see new places, meet new people, and experience new things.
For David and Angelina’s wedding, we hopped on a plane to Princeton, New Jersey. What an incredible little city and amazing part of the country!
Traveling itself is pretty awesome, but what makes our experience truly great… what we love to do… is meet the people. Shooting a wedding gives us a unique chance to get to know people we otherwise wouldn’t see if we were just visiting.
Through the rehearsal dinner, in-between times, during the wedding day, etc., we end up getting to spend time with family and friends of the bride and groom. Angelina and David’s family is full of really amazing people. It was such an honor to get to know everyone and feel like part of the family ourselves. (Thanks so much!)
The wedding was perfect. The leaves were turning, sun was breaking through the clouds… it was an awesome day.
The Princeton Chapel stands strong and proud, breaking through and above the trees.
My favorite part of the rehearsal dinner is watching people arrive. Friends and family that haven’t been seen in ages are so excited to see each other and celebrate!
Dave and Angelina were like celebrities as tourists gathered to take pictures after the ceremony!
The reception was in Doylestown, Pennsylvania at the stunning Aldie Mansion. The drive itself was a gift with winding roads through rolling hills and gorgeous fall colored trees. It was the perfect place for everyone to celebrate, connect and bring an end to a beautiful day.
