Jeff was so very gracious with me as I attempted to parallel park time and time again on the street just outside their apartment. Usually, this isn’t a problem for me. Tonight, for some reason, it was. Let’s be honest, there are things guys use to determine how much of a ‘man’ another guy is. A real man can work a grill. A real man can open a pickle jar.
And well, real men parallel park. So there’s that.
Jeff let me off the hook with something like ‘you get used to parking down here after you live here for a while.’ That’s the kind of guy Jeff is. That’s the kind people Jeff and Meghan are. They’re gracious. They’re caring.
We started our session at Wash Park to catch a little of the fall color, but the real bread and butter was the few moments we had at sunset on top of their building. The view of downtown Denver was spectacular. We had some fun, being a little artsy and chasing the light as it dipped behind the mountains. What a view!
