Chautauqua Engagement Session: Todd and Sydney

We were all wearing nice shoes for the session. Great for pictures, not the best for hiking Chautauqua. But the views of Boulder and the flatiron mountains are worth the climb, in my opinion, even on the super icy path. Plus, Sydney and Todd were totally up for the challenge. So we went for it. It was icy, but we were determined.

Past the dedicated runners and with their crampons – who I think are crazy.

Past the not-as-well-prepared college kids who couldn’t stay on their feet for more than 20 feet at a time without slipping. Great for keeping the mood light. 🙂

And I think it was worth it. I love how Todd and Sydney’s pictures turned out. Finding the connection these two have through the camera lens was a piece of cake. They’re so easy together. And Chautauqua made a great backdrop for their story.
